Kolkata-based customer experience provider Fusion CX raised $33.1 million, or more than ₹280 crore, from anchor investors on October 13, 2026. The company completed the anchor share allotment process just prior to the official opening of its initial public offering, according to Dealroom News.

As part of the anchor placement, Fusion CX issued 10.9 million equity shares to institutional buyers. The allotment price was set at $3.92 per equity share, which marks the maximum price of the established range. The pricing band for the share sale had been set between $3.73 per share at the bottom end and $3.92 per share at the top end.

The funds raised from the anchor placement represent a portion of the company's total equity offer. Fusion CX is seeking to raise a total of ₹702 crore, which is equivalent to $84 million, through the entire initial public offering process.

Anchor allotment and participating investors

Several institutional investors participated in the anchor round before the public issue opened for bidding. The anchor investors that secured shares include Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, Natixis Investment Managers, and Meru Investment Fund.

The anchor share allocation also featured participation from ICICI Prudential. In addition, Bengal Finance and Investment took part in the anchor round as an investor backed by Ashish Kacholia.

The anchor allotment was finalized on October 13, 2026. The anchor process allows institutional investors to commit funds and receive share allotments ahead of the general public offer.
